Baalam Jungle Residences is a project created by New Wave Design in the Jaguar Paw area, near Frank’s Eddy in the Cayo District, along the Caves Branch River. Its vision brings together a jungle setting, land opportunities and the possibility of a home designed around the people who will live there.
A place to shape a different way of living
The starting point for Baalam is the setting: a natural environment along the Caves Branch River. The project explores how homes and outdoor spaces can relate to that landscape, with a sense of connection between the property, its surroundings and everyday life.
The vision includes opportunities for land and for a house-and-land project. Each enquiry needs to be considered against the available plots, the intended home and the scope of the proposed work. The dedicated Baalam website is the place to explore the current presentation and discuss those opportunities.
The role of New Wave Design
New Wave Design brings the project concept, design direction and custom sourcing into one conversation. For a proposed home, that means thinking about how spaces will be used, how indoor and outdoor areas connect, and how furniture, materials and finishes contribute to the overall direction.
Baalam gives this approach a wider setting. Rather than beginning with an isolated room or a single product, the discussion can begin with the way a future home should work as a whole. A project in development
Baalam is presented here as a developing project. The branded visual on this page introduces its atmosphere and vision; it is not a record of completed buildings. Proposed home concepts, features and amenities need to be distinguished from the existing site and confirmed as the project progresses.
The details of a particular plot, house proposal, programme and commercial terms should be discussed directly with the project team. This page introduces New Wave Design’s involvement and the design thinking behind the concept.
